They needed both a service for clients (namely, for independent SPA booking service), and a system for internal hotel management (an application for administrators and hotel staff, in which they could track the check-in and room cleaning in real time).

In addition, the customer's employees noted the convenience of working with the booking application: it concisely and promptly reflects all the information necessary for interacting with guests (arrival and departure dates, number of guests, special requirements and preferences, ordered services).
