The old version of the site was a typical solution - a business card site for a commercial organization, which did not correspond to the image and significant results of the creative agency.
At the same time, it was necessary to make a huge step towards the rapidly growing younger target audience of the company's services.
As input, we were provided with design layouts developed by the customer.
The proposed solution consisted of several stages:
The most labor-intensive stages were developing the Frontend part. The abundance of animation and effects that respond to user actions, their optimization for smooth operation, and the creation of mobile and tablet versions are the main challenges we encountered during the project.
The development was carried out using the Waterfall methodology, but the quality of communication with the customer allowed us to implement the change management process and adjust the development path and the final result to obtain the required result while balancing deadlines and costs.
